What if I never received the digital download link?
Please confirm the email address on your order so we can verify. We will then resend your download link within 1-2 business days. In the meantime, the download link may be caught in your spam folder, please look for an email titled "Your Digital Download Link"
What if I don’t have a Mac/PC to download the music?
Due to limitations of iOS, zip files are not supported on iPhone. Please connect to a Mac or PC to transfer the files to your iOS device. For most Android devices, zip files are supported.
What if I typed my email address in wrong?
We will need to look up your order on file, please contact support with your name and billing address for verification.
How do I transfer the music to iTunes or multiple devices?
For PC/Mac users - after you've unzipped the folder, drag the files to your iTunes library. Connect your mobile device and sync.
What format is the digital download in?
Files are 320 KBPS MP3 ZIP.
How do I listen to my purchased music?
You are able to play the downloaded tracks through the player of your choice.
How do I extract files from a zip folder?
Using Windows explorer: 1. go to your downloads and find the zip folder 2. do a right click and from the "open With..." options, select "Windows Explorer" 3. A new window will open. 4. do a right-click in the white space of this new window 5. select "extract all" Alternatively you can install a third party file manager which will automatically extract the files for you. Due to limitations of iOS, zip files are not supported on iPhone.
Why have I been charged twice?
Sometimes errors can occur when purchases are made which can prevent the transaction from being processed correctly. If you believe this has occurred on your account, please contact us and we will be more than happy to issue a refund.
How long will it take for my money to be refunded for music purchases?
If the refund you are expecting is a credit card refund, you can expect to see the money in your account within the next 3-10 working days.
What is your refund policy for music purchases?
If you are a consumer and reside in the European Union and have made an online purchase from us, you have a legal right to cancel your order without giving any reason and receive a full refund if you change your mind within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date you receive your Email Confirmation). Note however that if you redeem/consume/use the content or services (e.g. start downloading files or streaming music) within 14 days of purchase, you will no longer have the right to cancel your order. To cancel your order, send us an email clearly stating the products you wish to receive a refund on. Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. We will then process the order cancellation as quickly as we can. If your files are defective you are eligible for a refund or an exchange for a product of a similar retail value. Please contact us via the contact form if you believe your purchase to be defective.
